Content Policy and Reporting

Rules for safe AI creation and a public contact for abuse reports, content removal, and privacy requests.

Last updated: 2026-10-20

Create responsibly

ZeloVideo is for lawful AI video creation, including creative short films, product demonstrations, and social media content. Only submit material you have the right to use and obtain the necessary permissions for the likeness and voice of real people.

We prohibit non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII), sexual deepfakes, nudification or simulated undressing, pornography, sexual exploitation, sexual violence, and any sexualization of minors. These rules cover prompts, reference images, audio, video, generated outputs, and shared links. Publicly available photos and a Google sign-in do not grant permission to exploit someone depicted in a file. Impersonation for harassment, extortion, fraud, and attempts to bypass safety restrictions are also prohibited.

The service and its Google authentication integration must not be used to facilitate those activities. Read our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for further details.

Current controls and their limits

We reject certain clearly abusive text prompt patterns before creating generation tasks or charging generation credits. Model providers may also apply their own restrictions. These checks are limited: they do not inspect every reference file, establish consent, or guarantee every output is safe. Do not submit prohibited media, including with otherwise neutral text, and report unsafe results rather than sharing them.

Report abuse or request removal

No account or sign-in is required. Email wuen1986@gmail.com with the subject “Content safety report”. You can also use that address directly from any email service if a mail application is not configured on your device.

Include only what is necessary:

  1. The content URL or task identifier, if known. If you have neither, describe where and when you encountered it.
  2. A brief explanation of the concern, such as NCII, a child's safety, impersonation, or misuse of personal data.
  3. Whether you are the affected person, an authorized representative, or another reporter.
  4. An email address for follow-up and any safe, non-graphic context that helps locate the content.

Do not attach intimate imagery, child sexual abuse material, identity documents, passwords, or login tokens. An affected person does not need to reproduce harmful content to request help. We may ask for limited additional information through a suitable channel when verification is necessary.

Review and response

Reports are reviewed manually. We prioritize concerns involving sexual exploitation, minors, and non-consensual intimate imagery. Depending on the findings, we may reject further requests, restrict access, remove content under our control, or contact the relevant provider about content hosted there. We cannot directly delete copies held by unrelated third parties. We use report details for investigation, response, and necessary security or legal records, and avoid unnecessary disclosure to the reported user.

If you believe a restriction was a mistake, reply with the task identifier and a brief explanation to request a review. Do not resend prohibited imagery.

Privacy requests and contact

For account or file deletion, data access, or other privacy requests, email wuen1986@gmail.com with the subject “Privacy request”. Include the account email and relevant file URLs or task identifiers. See the Privacy Policy for verification, retention, and deletion details.
